Welcome to Gus Garcia University School!
I am Curtis Wilson and I am honored to join the Gus Garcia family as your new principal. I bring more than 23 years of experience as a teacher, school leader, and district administrator. I’m a proud Longhorn with both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the Univeristy of Texas at Austin. Throughout my career, I’ve focused on building inclusive cultures, supporting staff, and ensuring students thrive academically and personally. I believe in collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and most importantly, the power of strong relationships. I look forward to working alongside our students, families, and staff to help every child succeed.
